• The goal of a coaching process is for the coach to take the coachee (participant) from a current state to a desired state in a few sessions (approximately 10 meetings) by leveraging their own potentialities. The process begins with self-knowledge and then opens up a world of opportunities; tools are used and tasks are left between sessions so that the coachee can move towards their goals, which will be defined at the beginning of the process. We work through individual and group coaching.
